ADD A NEW FLIGHT

Be a hero to a hero

Your generosity will make life a little easier, a little more comfortable for a a soldier who has been
wounded in combat while serving our country.

Often, these real American heroes must travel in order to receive post-operative or post-hospitalization
outpatient care vital to their recovery and rehabilitation. By making an empty seat available to these
VIPs, you will be showing your appreciation for the sacrifices they have made on your behalf.

You can also help a wounded vet while he is in the hospital, by speeding loved ones to his bedside
where they can support, comfort and encourage him. For example, if a young soldier is wounded and
transported back to the United States for medical treatment, his fiancé does not qualify for DoD travel
benefits to be at his side when he needs her most.

This is true for all non-conforming “relatives,” be it a fiancé, best friend, grandparent, or significant
other. Yet the presence of these precious loved ones can have a profound therapeutic effect on a
wounded soldier and speed his recovery, which in turn can result in thousands of dollars of savings. Today, these vitally important caregivers must pay for their own travel, creating a substantial financial
burden for many of them. Your otherwise empty seats can make a big difference in such situations.

It’s easy to be a hero. All you have to do is click the “ADD A NEW FLIGHT” button above, and fill out
our simple registration form that lets us know when you have seats available. We’ll take the information
you generously provide, match it to the needs of a deserving wounded veteran and make sure he gets to
the plane on time. Of course, the confidentiality of the information you provide is strictly maintained.

If you really want to do all you can to support America’s wounded vets, you can maximize the benefits
your aircraft can produce by allowing us to contact your flight department weekly to get your flight
schedule. Just indicate this preference on the registration form and we will be in touch shortly.

The Jets for Vets passengers who fly with you are covered for liability by your already-existing
insurance policy. However, if you prefer, we can have them sign our waiver of liability form and fax it
to your flight department before a flight.

Your Jets for Vets passenger will arrive one hour before departure, fully briefed and dressed either in
his uniform or attire suitable for business travel. He will be able to board and deplane the aircraft
unassisted, or he will be accompanied and met by an individual who will assist his ingress and egress.

If you have any questions, feel free to email us at jetsforvets@executivewings.com. If you prefer to
speak to someone, call Tony Smith, Director of Jets for Vets and the Executive Wings alliance, on his
cell phone, (423) 718-3843. Or fax your questions to (866) 257-7301.

On behalf of every American, and especially those who serve as members of our armed forces, thank
you for your kindness and your generosity.
